Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Across the Eastern Caribbean, lingering moisture
and instability associated with the passage of a tropical wave could lead to a
moderate chance of brief passing showers over and around the Islands mainly this
morning. By later this afternoon as the wave moves away from the area, we can
expect generally stable conditions to return with at most occasional passing showers
due to pockets of moisture on the wind-flow.
