Eastern Caribbean Forecast: The Atlantic high pressure system will be the main
feature affecting conditions across most of the Eastern Caribbean over the next 24
hours. For Puerto Rico southwards to Trinidad and Tobago, pockets of low level
moisture will continue to move across the area. This coupled with instability within
the trade wind flow, will result in partly cloudy to cloudy skies with a moderate chance
of brief passing showers. Additionally, the presence of an upper level jet may provide
further enhancement in conditions and produce moderate to heavy periods of showers
at times.
