Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Mostly dry, hazy and stable conditions will
dominate from the Leeward Islands to Puerto Rico for today and tonight.
Meanwhile, an increase in moisture on the wind flow over the Windward Islands
south to Trinidad and Tobago will bring increased shower activity and possible
thunderstorms for the area for the next 24 hours. Additionally, Saharan Dust haze
will continue to reduce air quality across the area.
