We kindly remind all visitors that soap, body wash, shampoo, oils, and other personal hygiene products are NOT allowed in the hot springs.
The hot springs are a natural resource, and using these products:
• Disrupts the natural mineral balance of the water
• Pollutes the pools and surrounding environment
• Creates unsafe, slippery conditions
• Affects the experience for other guests
Shaving, scrubbing feet, or performing personal grooming in the pools is strictly prohibited. These activities are unhygienic and disrespectful to others.
Please also note that nudity is strictly prohibited. Proper swimwear must be worn at all times.
