Eastern Caribbean Forecast: A moderate to sometimes fresh breeze in
association with a ridge will continue to blow over the Islands today and tonight.
Embedded within the breeze are shallow clouds and pockets of moisture which will be
pushed over the Islands at times. Skies over the Islands from Puerto Rico eastward to
the Leewards and southward to Trinidad and Tobago will be generally partly cloudy
to sometimes cloudy with brief showers.
