Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Lingering moisture and instability associated
with a frontal boundary will maintain periods of unsettled weather conditions
throughout the day across Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Anguilla. Conditions
will improve later this evening. Elsewhere, generally settled conditions will prevail
over the next 24 hours as a result of the Atlantic High-Pressure system.
