Winds: East-northeast at 16 to 25 mph, gusting as high as 38 mph during showers,
as well as over open waters and in elevated areas.
Seas: 1.8 to 3.1 metres or 6 to 10 feet. Therefore a small craft warning
remains in effect, and mariners should stay in port until AL92 clears the
area.

Weather Forecast for St. Kitts & Nevis: The presence of an active tropical wave (AL92) and its associated moisture and instability is expected to bring unsettled weather conditions across the area during the next 24 hours. Possible rainfall
accumulations could reach 25.4 to 50.8mm or 1 to 2 inches during the forecast period.

Weather today: Cloudy to overcast conditions with periods of showers, some of
which could be moderate to locally heavy at times accompanied by widespread thunderstorms and gusty winds mainly after midday.
Weather tonight: Mostly cloudy skies with periods of moderate to heavy overnight showers and gusty winds, with a 60 percent or moderate chance of thunderstorms developing.

Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Across the eastern Caribbean from the British Virgin Islands southwards to Trinidad & Tobago, the presence of an active tropical wave (AL92) is expected to produce cloudy to overcast conditions with periods of showers and thunderstorms. Some showers could be moderate to locally heavy at times accompanied by gusty winds.
