Eastern Caribbean Forecast: Lingering moisture and instability will maintain periods of
unsettled conditions across the northern portions of the Eastern Caribbean around Puerto-Rico
and the Virgin Islands. Elsewhere, pockets of low level moisture will continue to move across the
area. This coupled with instability within the trade wind flow, will result in partly sunny to mostly
cloudy skies with a moderate chance of passing showers.
